Moses Mechanical is putting together ducts and installing them in the chases in the suites.

Moses Plumbing is getting everything ready to set tubs and tub valves.

Southland framers came on site around 3:30 pm

Bailey Electric is putting boxes on the 4th floor and wrapping up little incidentals for inspection. Jerime installed the MDP in the mechanical room on the 1st floor.

Moses Plumbing is setting tubs and tub valves and drains and fire caulking all their penetrations on the 4th floor.

Moses Mechanical is setting PTAC sleeves on the 4th floor. They're running duct in the attic for exhaust etc.

Freedom Firepro was here for a little while this morning, but went home because it was too cold to glue pipe.

NK Plastering is mudding over holes and screw heads.

Advanced Wireless is running cable to boxes on the 4th floor.

Southland framing is building fur outs around the exhaust fan duct work in the closets. They're framing the rest of the chase around the VTAC ducts on the 4th floor. They're putting in stair well blocking and hold downs in the sheer walls.

Tricon Drywall is fixing a spot in the 4th floor corridor where there was only one layer of 5/8s rock. They're putting RC channel on the ceiling of the rooms on the 4th floor.

Bailey is pulling wires to their Main Distribution Panel (MDP) in the 1st floor mechanical room

Moses Plumbing is finishing the tubs on the 4th floor. They're setting drains and copper.

Moses mechanical is setting PTAC sleeves and readjusting some for the new brick/EIFS design for the exterior.

NK Plastering is spreading mesh and mud on the west side of the building.

I moved Tricon down to the 3rd floor to give the plumbers more space to work on the 4th. They're putting RC channel on the ceilings of the rooms.

Our MEP inspection has been moved to Monday.

John left at 11 am to go to Ft. Smith for a meeting.

I got Magnum Materials to fax over all the invoices for the this job.

Canant Construction is pouring concrete in the north parking lot this morning.

Moses Plumbing has their tubs and tub valves in place and they are ready for inspection.

Moses mechanical still has some work to do up in the attic with their duct work. They still have some drains or condensation lines on the 4th floor.

Bailey is ready for inspection on the 4th floor. They are running wires back to the MDP on the 1st.


NK Plastering is spreading color on the front of the building.

The owners and Chase met with John in the office.

We had our 4th floor MEP and framing inspection first thing this morning. There were some HVAC and fire suppression issues in the attic and some fire caulking issues with the low voltage and fire alarm people and Freedom Firepro that kep us from passing. Steps are being taken to remedy those problems. Electrical, Plumbing and Framing didn't have any issues.

Bailey is down on 3rd floor joining boxes and pulling wire.

Moses Plumbing is setting tubs on the 3rd floor and getting ready to set tub valves.

Moses Mechanical is finishing their duct work in the attic and putting in the vent for the laundry chute. Elite roofing came today to change out the roof curbs for Moses. Moses' guys dropped their pipe through and capped the curbs.

Canant Construction saw cut the parking lot today.

Tricon Drywall came in and rocked the top of the closets where the exhaust ducts run. They're putting RC channel on the 3rd floor ceilings.

Southland has a few guys here doing 4th floor punch and clean up.

Bailey is working on the 3rd floor getting ready for 3rd floor inspection next week.

Moses Plumbing is getting the 3rd floor ready for inspection.

John had to leave around 9:30 for a meeting in Searcy. He didn't get back until around 4.

NK Plastering has put the color and window trim on the front section of the building and a lot of the back of the building. They started taking down scaffolding this afternoon.

Southland is cleaning up all the materials off of the 4th floor.

The trusses for the front porch and Porte Corche were delivered this morning.
