Trikon has drywall in all of the guest rooms on the 4th floor. They are putting up channel in the corridor.

All of the MEPs have finished with the 3rd floor. The inspector has been called in for tomorrow.

NK Plastering is mudding screw holes on the north and south ends of the building.

Our inspection was delayed due to Bailey. They ran out of fire putty for their boxes and they couldn't find anymore in the state.

Tricon is putting drywall on the 4th floor corridor.

Southland is working on the Porte Corchere and the fur downs in the second floor corridor

NK Plastering is mud coating the north and south ends of the building.

It's President's Day, so the city offices in Conway are closed. We won't be able to get the 3rd floor inspected until tomorrow.

Freedom Fire has put 200 lbs of pressure on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors and they all held fine. They will come back for the first floor in a couple of days.

Moses Mechanical is on the 2nd floor running duct for exhaust fans and hear and air for the corridor.

Moses Plumbing is setting tub valves on the 2nd floor and getting ready to set tubs.

Bailey Electric is puttying all their boxes on the 3rd floor.

NK Plastering is finished putting color on the north side of the building. They are taking down their scaffolding.

Southland is putting in blocking on the 4th floor and working on the porte corchere.

Greg with Custom Glass came by with the fellow from the automatic door company to get measurements on the store front doors. Greg had told us to just frame the opening at whatever width and they would have the door built to that size. Today they told Alex that he needed to have 5' of clearance for the doors. So he will have to make some adjustments.

Southland is workinf on the Porte Corchere in the front of the building. There were a few VTAC closets on the 2nd floor that were framed wrong. Alex got them to change them around to the right spot. The got in fixed in no time.

NK Plastering is finishing up on the south end of the building. They still have the dormers to do. The north end of the building is finished.

We couldn't get the inspectors out here today. It'll be tomorrow before they can make it out.

Tricon is cleaning up their trash on the 4th floor.

Bailey is putting putty on their boxes on the 3rd floor.

Adam with Simon Home Improvement is here with a couple of guys to put the exterior metal doors in.

Moses Plumbing is setting tubs on the 2nd floor and getting ready to drop down to the 1st floor.

Gypsom was delvered for the gypcrete company. I unloaded 9 skids of gypsom out back.

Paul Young, Conway building inspector, came by to look at the 3rd floor. We had some draft stop issues and a little bit of pre rock and fire tape that needed to take place at the ends of the corridor. He said to take care of that and go ahead and insulate and he would reinspect tomorrow.

Tricon Drywall took care of the pre rock and fire tape issues.

I had my guys take care of the draft stop issues.

Southland Framing is working on the Porte Corchere and the front porch. They got the rafters hung for the porch.

GS Insulation worked late and insulated the whole 3rd floor.

Todd came over to move some loads of sand that someone had dumped right in out way.

Moses Plumbing is running copper down from the 2nd floor

Moses Mechanical is running duct work on the 2nd floor.

I spent all day working numbers and openings for the granite tops.

Tricon Drywall got all the ceilings in the guest rooms on the 3rd floor. The tapers have started on the 4th floor.

Southland is working on the porte corchere and front porch.

Bailey is puttin putty on their boxes on the 2nd floor and fire caulking their penatrations.

Moses Plumbing is setting everything on the 2nd floor. They're setting tubs and tub valves

Moses Mechanical is running ducts down the 2nd floor corridor and fixing the ducts that Ronnie said was wrong.

Ronnie White came by this morning to reinspect the 3rd floor. He said that the flex duct that Moses had in the corridor wasn't going to work.

NK Plastering finished the EIFS on the south side.

Conway Corp came out and set up out RPZ and meter on the fire hydrant for Advanced Surfaces.

We ordered some more sheets of drywall (5/8" by 4x10) plus screws and nails.

John got with the brick guys about staging their material and gave them a copy of the elevation and plan.

The EIFS should finish with the back of the building this week and be ready to do the dormers.

John met with all the MEP supers this morning to discuss the 2nd and 1st floors.

Kevin was off site today.

Bailey is finishing the 2nd floor and moving down to the 1st.

Moses Mechanical is on the second floor getting ready to run exhaust down to the 1st floor.

Moses Plumbing is finishing up the copper on the 2nd floor.

Todd came by and dug the hole for the sign company.

Cody with Seize signs came and met with Todd and Jerime about the pylon sign.

Tricon Drywall is hanging on the 3rd floor and prerocking in the 2nd floor.

Southland is working on the Fron porch and entry way.

Bailey isi down on the 1st floor finishing their rough in and fire caulking penetrations. They're running conduit to the porte corchere to supply it with power.

Moses Mechanical is fire caulking their condecsate lines and thermostat wire that penetrate the top and bottom plates.

Moses Plumbing is setting the tubs and tub valves on the 2nd floor.

Southland framing is working on the front entry door and tyvecking the porte corchere.

Tricon Drywall is hanging the 3rd floor and getting ready for gypcrete on the 4th.

Advanced Surfaces set up their equipment in the back of the building and ran hoses up to the 4th floor.

Seize Signs set rebar and put together the anchor bolts for the pylon sign. I unloaded the poles off of the truck for them.

Jon Wilsie and his roofing crew came and put the EPDM on the flat roof areas.

Bailey is on the 1st floor.

Ronnie White came to inspect the 2nd floor. There were some draft stop issues and fire tape issues. He'll be back Monday.

Moses Mechanical is on the 1st floor running ducts.

Moses Plumbing is running 1st floor up to the 2nd floor. They had a few penetrations to fire caulk in the laundry room and corridor.

Southland crew is working on fur downs and the front door. Alex got Osvaldo and his guys to help clean up and patch holes on the 3rd floor in front of the gypcrete guys.

Tricon Drywall is cleaing the 3rd floor of trash and sheetrock debri. They moved out an enormous pile of trash and got the floor clean in time for the gypcrete.

Advanced Surfaces poured gyp on the 4th and half of the 3rd floor today.
