11/12/08


It rained a little over an inch last night and today. The site was really muddy and wet this morning. Kerry Turner and come of the guys came out and set knock outs around the anchor bolt points.


I called Bobby Deavers about getting someone out here tomorrow to double check their conduit and placements of floor plugs.


Five Star pest control came out around 10 to spray the remainder of the foundation.

Weather: Mostly cloudy. Highs in the 60s. Very foggy and wet.


Turner Construction is on sire spreading gravel and g etting ready to pour concrete in the floor of the elevator pit today.


Bailey Electric is on site finishing their conduit and putting in floor boxes.


Mic from Magnum Materials came by and took John, Gary and myself out for lunch.


James with United Rentals came by and talked to John about why Joey hasn't been communicating with him.


Jarred Pavett is on site checking a few points and setting the corners of the elevator pit. He'll double check the finished floor elevation and the elevator shaft.


Kerry has got a transit and tripod on our account at Ridout. He brought me the reciept. Kerry brought me the rest of the tickets from the concrete pours around 5:30

Weather: Mostly cloudy. Highs in the 60s. Very foggy with a chance of rain in the afternoon.


Kerry and his guys are setting the last forms and setting the final finished floor elevation on the form boards.


Brad with Southern Star got us a pump truck from Harris and Harris out here around 8:30


Jerime with Bailey was here this morning double checking and finalizing everything that he had set.


I placed the PVC elbow that Mike Cordiss with Moses Plumbing left for us.


We cut down the washing machine trough down to 6'3" instead of 8'. An 8' trough cannot fit into a 7'6" pad.


John ordered concrete at 3500 PSI so that it will be stronger and we will be able to drive equipment on it Monday when the steel erectors arrive.


Kerry poured 268 yds of concrete on the slab. We rented two light towers on out account with NES and Kerry will pay back the ammount.


NES Rentals exchanged sky tracks with us and delivered the light towers aout 3 this afternoon.


A very hard, windy cold rain came in about 4 pm. It rained for about 3 hours. Kerry and his crew finished the slab around 2:15am.


11/17/08


Kerry Turner and his crew are wrecking forms and cutting control joints in the slab, and cleaning up their trade today.


Moixx Construction is sorting the steel and sending the columns that need to be cut to Conway steel to be retrofitted.
