11/3/08 - 11/4/08

Turner Constuction is spreading gravel and getting everything ready to pour concrete. Jerime with Bailey, John and I noticed that the Finished floor line that was popped on the form boards, was going downhill. They checked it out with a transit and their transit had been off when they set the line. They corrected it. No damage was done.

Moses Plumbing was out here Sunday to measure and finalize their stubouts to make sure they're correct.

Jerime and Brad from Bailey were here laying conduit and double checking their conduit and making sure everything is ok for the concrete.

Seaside pool guys are out here running PVC for the pool and whirl pool and setting rebar in the whirl pool.

We heard from Brett McDaniels from Conway corp and found out they needed a diagram on how we were going to build the dry block wall and permission from the owners that they have right to remove what's in their way to repair the sewer line. John drew up a diagram and signed permission from Andy Patel and we got it down to to Conway corp for approval.

Turner Construciton is laying out vaper barrier and wire getting ready to pour concrete. They had to dig the elevator pit out a little bit to make room for the form boards that they had built.

Todd McWilliams and his crew have been here day digging the footer for the dry block wall going up on the south and east sides of the building. The fallen in strorm drain in the back of the building on the east side is becoming an issue. Gary Fayson will come by tomorrow to have a look at it and decide what we need to do.

Conway Corp is supposed to be here in the next few days to make the 6 inch tap into the sewer line.

Edwardo with Seaside pools told me that the inspector from the health dept. is coming this afternoon to look at the pool and the whirl pool. They are hoping to pour floor of the swimming and whirl pools tomorrow.

Garrison has been on site today policing the area and cleaning up.

Jarrod Pavet has been here since early this morning plotting for the anchor bolts because there are not sufficiant dimensions on the plans.

Richard Carlton with Otis Elevator came on site today to look at the elevator pit and doubel check the form boards for the pit walls and sump pit.
